Relevancy - An email which is not relevant enough to demonstrate your words effectively is cannot be called a good email. In case if you want your emails to directly hit at the point then your email should be relevant enough to understand by the customers.

Deliverability - Deliverability issue occurs when your delivery rate does not match with your sent message rate. It means the ratio of how many messages you have sent, to how many messages actually hit the target inbox. Not every sent message will make into the inbox.

Bounced email - This problem occurs when the messages you have sent got to bounce back. There are two types of bounces in email marketing.

• Soft Bounce - Soft bounces are temporary and usually occur when the inbox is full or when an incoming message is rejected by the server.

• Hard Bounce - Hard bounces are permanent. These errors occur when the email address is not existing anymore or emails are fake.

Landing Page - Landing page plays a huge role in email marketing. Your landing page should be catchy enough to attract and able to stay your audience at your landing page. A badly designed landing page will increase the bounce rate of the website. Make sure your landing page is created with attractive colours, fonts and matching keywords with your email. A good landing page results in a higher ROI(Return On Investment).

Integration with other data - In email marketing, it is the individual intent to give the maximum amount of relevant information to the audience. An individual desire is to make the most effective promoting message which will draw their customer's attention.
Making the effective email is possible if you integrate the email data with other data system will make it easier to optimize the emails.
